The stylish Mangoes Resort Restaurant & Bar, set amidst a verdant tropical garden, is open every day from 7 AM to late, to Resort guests and others.
Our menu features a delectable selection of fine cuisine, including the freshest local seafood and a variety of Vanuatu’s renowned beef dishes.
For breakfast, lunch or dinner - simply order à la carte, and let our executive chef serve you some of the Island’s finest fare. The chef and his team have received lavish reviews for dishes that include the famous coconut crab, lobster, prime Santo beef and mouth-watering Mangoes Cheesecake!
The Resort restaurant can accommodate up to 60 people. However, bookings are advisable for evening meals. Children are welcome in the restaurant at all times.
If you’re looking for something to quench your thirst, try the local Tusker beer at Mangoes. Alternatively, you can have a look at our impressive Drinks Menu for a list of tropical cocktails and a fine selection of Australian & New Zealand wines.
