Established in 2001, Mangoes’ bungalows were among the first on the holiday island.  The 4-star boutique Resort was taken over by the Vanuatu-based company that currently runs it (Paroo Ltd.) in late 2005.

Mangoes’ two company directors have over 20 years of combined experience in New Zealand Resort Management.

Callum Rhodes and Michelle Clements are committed to overseeing and driving the day-to-day business and marketing operations, to ensure that Mangoes Resort meets the highest level of hospitality standards.

Former key player at a 5-star Golf Resort, and Ex-Business Manager at a leading Finance Company in New Zealand, Callum has a broad repertoire of business and management skills.

Michelle’s previous work experience ranges from Brand Management at a multinational company to Public Relations at a successful consultancy.  

Both Callum and Michelle have a fresh business outlook, a proven ability to think on their feet and heaps of enthusiasm. Since the duo came aboard, Mangoes Resort has enjoyed a healthy increase in the number of booking enquiries and occupants.
