How to buy
The process is simple:
Step One: Fill in your details on the Expression of Interest page
Step Two: Receive our Sales Kit with the Sales & Purchase agreements, Mangoes Resort brochures, investment property information, local tax benefits, etc.
Step Three: Pick a unit that you’d like to invest in
Step Four: Pay a 10% deposit, which will be held in trust by our solicitor
Step Five: After Titles are released and settlement occurs, Enjoy the benefits:
- Stay at your bungalow whenever you wish to
- Make your bungalow available to our Property Management Department onsite and enjoy the return on your investment
